AWO is an Organisation formed under the aegis of Gurudev, Shri Pravin Rushiji. This is an organisation of women for women based on Jainism principles. Trained Arham Vijja teachers from AWO team are dedicated to educating women to resolve the concerns of their daily life (Family disputes, parenting concerns and others) and build healthy relationships.
Experts in team are willing to provide professional counselling, guidance and motivation for healthy habits, and to build confidence levels to create future leaders.

The Arhat Business women group will actively work to help for business formation and growth and also implant necessary financial knowledge.

Guided with major consideration of wok life balance where at the end of the day should be a happy and not stressed.

To show a gratitude, Gurudev wanted us to keen to work in Ecology and Charity as well for betterment of nature and mankind.

Why is organisation formed
In Oct 2020, Gurudevhas conducted sessions for women ‘Discover Yourself’ , during those sessions , Gurudev asked women what are major problems are there in their life ,and received a list , out of that list common problems were sorted out.
Considering the depth of those problems there was a strong need for a platform where women can come front and get resolve their concerns. This gave a birth to the thought of formation of AWO.
